Beating the crowds
- Tuesday to Thursday is quietest almost everywhere, and often cheaper.
- Park N Ride shuttles from Mt Timpanogos Park run only on select Saturdays and holidays (Dec 20, Dec 26-31, Jan 3, Jan 10, Jan 17, Jan 19, Jan 24, Jan 31, Feb 7, Feb 14, Feb 16, Feb 21, Feb 28, Mar 7, Mar 14), so on other days expect to drive up Provo Canyon and use the resort lots.
- Season pass holders can ride UTA bus 880 free from Dec 20 to Feb 28, which skips parking. The resort says paid and complimentary parking are both offered seven days a week, so check the lot status on its snow report before driving on a Saturday.
- Night skiing runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 4:30 to 9pm at a lower price than a full day, which can be a lighter option on those evenings.
- Electric Horseman, a new high-speed quad opening for 2026-27, goes from the base of Wildwood to Bearclaw Summit and should spread riders across more of the mountain than the older Outlaw Express and Red's lifts.
