About SkiCheap
Ski trips get expensive fast: window tickets, slopeside hotels, resort food, parking. Most of that is avoidable if you know where to look, but finding the deals means a dozen tabs and a lot of reading.
SkiCheap does the reading for you. You tell it who's going and roughly when. It searches this season's real prices for lift tickets, places to stay, rentals and gas, works out the cheapest good option, and shows you every cost with where it came from.
It also tells you when to go. The crowd calendar marks every day of the season from quiet to packed, using holidays, school breaks, pass blackout dates and events, so you can ski without the lift lines.
Then the plan becomes the group's: a shared checklist for booking, an itinerary with leave times, and a journal for after.
How we keep it honest
- Every link is opened by our server before you see it. Dead ones are swapped for the site's homepage or removed.
- Each cost says whether the price was found on a page this season or is an estimate.
- The crowd calendar is a forecast from patterns. Resorts don't publish lift-line data, and we say so.
- Nobody pays to be recommended. Some lodging links may earn us a small commission if you book through them. That never changes what we suggest, and we'll still tell you to skip lodging when day trips are cheaper.
