What we store

The trip details you enter (where you're leaving from, group size, dates, notes) and the plan we make from them. If you sign in with Google, we store your email address and name so your trips and journal follow you. Names you type into a trip's checklist are stored with that trip.

Who can see your trips

Anyone with a trip's link can see its plan, itinerary and checklist, and tick off checklist items. That's how the group shares it. Trip links are long and random, and we keep them out of search engines. Journals are only visible to the trip's owner.

Services we use

Plans are researched by an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway, with web search by Perplexity. Your trip details are sent to them to make the plan. Sign-in uses Google via Firebase. Data is stored in a Neon Postgres database and the site runs on Vercel. Snow forecasts come from Open-Meteo. We use Vercel BotID to block automated abuse.

Links to booking sites

Lodging links open Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com. Some of those links may carry an affiliate tag so we earn a commission if you book. Once you click through, those sites set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, show ads, or use tracking cookies. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

Deleting your data

Delete any trip you own from the bottom of its page. To delete your account and everything with it, email hello@n34t.com.
