Beating the crowds
- Tuesday to Thursday is quietest almost everywhere, and often cheaper.
- Parking fills in order: Main Lodge Lot, then East Lot, North Lot, and Northeast Lot. The North and Northeast lots are free and have shuttles, so they are the easiest to get into on busy days.
- The Blitzen Lot is closest to the ski lodge but is paid ($30 per day Friday through Sunday and on peak days) and limited, sold first come, first served.
- Weekdays are the least crowded. The resort says its busiest days are weekends and holidays, so a Monday through Thursday visit avoids most of the lift lines.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your lesson or 60 minutes if you are picking up rentals. Buying tickets online ahead of time lets you skip the ticket window line.
