Beating the crowds
- Tuesday to Thursday is quietest almost everywhere, and often cheaper.
- Buy lift tickets online at least 10 days ahead for 20% off, or 1 to 9 days ahead for 10% off; this also lets you skip the ticket desk line.
- Mt. Ashland's season pass ($649 adult for 26/27, valid through Oct 31) skips the ticket desk entirely, which helps on busy mornings.
- Weekdays outside the Dec 21 to Jan 1 holiday pricing window are the lightest days; weekday all-day tickets run about $15 less than weekend rates in 25/26.
- Twilight skiing runs select Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until 9pm, with lower-priced tickets, so late-day visitors avoid the midday crowd.
