Beating the crowds
- Tuesday to Thursday is quietest almost everywhere, and often cheaper.
- Resort high-season pricing covers every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in January to March 2027, so Monday to Thursday is the lighter stretch.
- Ikon pass holders get designated first-tracks mornings on Jan 3, Feb 7 and Mar 7, 2027, with North and South side lifts open from 7:30 a.m. Expect the early lift lines on those days.
- Opening day is Nov 26, 2026, with a community event at 8 a.m. at the base of the Express Gondola. Plan a later arrival if you want fewer people on the first day.
