Beating the crowds

  • Tuesday to Thursday is quietest almost everywhere, and often cheaper.
  • Reserved premium parking in Lot 1 is required on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays at $24.99 per day. Reserve in advance. Other lots are first come, first served and can fill on busy days.
  • Marmot uses a park-and-ski layout with four lots, so you can return to your car at any point for breaks and lunch without losing your spot at the base.
  • Afternoon tickets start at 12:30 PM, which can be a lower-traffic option for later arrivals.
  • Marmot is about 20 minutes south of Jasper, and the Jasper-to-resort route is via Highway 93A. Check the resort's getting-here page before you go, since the 2025-26 ski shuttle has ended and road conditions can change.
