Beating the crowds
- Tuesday to Thursday is quietest almost everywhere, and often cheaper.
- Weekdays are considerably quieter than weekends. Lifts open at 9am on chair one midweek and on non-holiday days, and at 8:30am on most weekends and holiday periods.
- Thursday two-for-one tickets ($75 for two adults) are sold only at the ticket window that day, with no reservation needed. Skiers with another resort's season pass get half-price Monday through Thursday tickets.
- Tickets are distributed first-come, first-served at the mountain. Arrive early on busy days, since a Peak Pack does not guarantee a ticket on a given day.
- The resort is directly off I-90 Exit 0, so weekend traffic follows the interstate from Missoula and Spokane. Overnight RV parking is allowed only in the lower lot, past the bottom of Peak 1.
