Beating the crowds
- Tuesday to Thursday is quietest almost everywhere, and often cheaper.
- Wisconsin Wednesdays offer discounted night tickets at $22, and Monday through Thursday is the value pricing band, so midweek days are the least crowded.
- The Northwoods chair, which serves the expert terrain, usually has a shorter line than the main front-side quads.
- Arrive before 9 AM on Saturdays and Sundays. Parking is free, but the main lot fills early and late arrivals end up in auxiliary lots.
- Expect heavier traffic on County Road N during morning arrival and late afternoon departure on winter weekends and holidays. Leave the hotel a bit earlier on those days.
