Beating the crowds
- Tuesday to Thursday is quietest almost everywhere, and often cheaper.
- Lift lines are longest from about 9 to 10:30 a.m. and ease around 11 a.m. as skiers spread across the mountain. On weekends and holidays, arrive before 8 a.m. for parking.
- The free Attitash base lot is across Route 302, so use the underground walkway to cross. The 10-minute drop-off in front of the Adventure Center fills quickly, so do not block the travel lane if it is full.
- Lot 2 is free overflow parking once the base lots fill. The in-resort shuttle runs every 5 to 10 minutes but may not stop at the overflow lot on non-holiday weekdays.
- When the main Attitash-side lifts are backed up, head to the Bear Peak side, where lines are usually shorter. Route 302 traffic backs up on weekends, holidays and powder days, so plan to arrive before 9 a.m. on those days.
